Ingredients :
Mutton 1/2 kg
Ghee 1/2 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Kewra 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cardamoms (green) 8
Cloves 8
joz jawteri (grounded) 1/2 tsp
potatoes 2 medium
Chili (grounded) 2 tsp
Golden Fried onion (grounded) 1/2 cup
Coriander seeds (grounded) 1 tsp
Black pepper 10
Preparation:
Mix all the spices in yogurt.
Heat ghee in a pan and add spicy curd and meat in it and fry.
Lower heat cover and cook till half done.
Now add in grounded fried onions and stir fry for a while.
Now add patotoes
Then add 3 cups of water .
Cook on low heat till meat is tender and a thick gravy is left with ghee floating on top.
Lastly add in kewra.
Serve hot with naan
