Aalu k Samosay (Potato Samosa)


Ingredients
Flour ½ kg
Oil 10 grams
Carom ½ tsp
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Salt as required
For Filling:
Potato ½ kg
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt as required
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Green coriander ¼ bunch
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Onion 1 (finely chopped)
Green chili 6
Mint leaves ¼ bunch
Coriander 1 tbsp (chopped)

Cooking Directions:
First of all in a dish add flour and mix all the ingredients into flour and knead.
Leave it for 15 minutes.
For Filling: Boil potatoes and mash finely.
In a frying pan heat 3 tbsp oil and add onion, coriander, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and cumin seeds. Cook and sauté.
Add Potato along with green chili, coriander and mint, mix well and turn off the flame.
After this make small paira from the kneaded flour and fill the filling into the paira and seal.
Deep fry in a wok.
Delicious Aalo kay Samosay is ready to serve.
serve with imli chatni,green and red chatni
